[March 12, 2004] –Ilico.net tests location in France
The company ilico.net tests child locating in partnership with the telephone
operators Orange France and Bouygues Telecom. The first people to try locating their
children who have a cellular phone were the employees of these two telecom operators.
This service known as OOTAY, locates the cellular phones of Orange and Bouygues
Telecom operators :

OOTAY service is accessible via internet as well as on WAP and iMode telephones.
OOTAY complies with the European Directive 2002/58/EC for locating people as well
as CNIL (French Data Protection Supervisory Authority) regulations.

[November 15, 2004] – Ilico.net signs distribution agreement with Phone House
in Belgium
The French company ilico.net and the Belgian company Phone House have just
signed a distribution agreement on OOTAY services for Belgium : www.phonehouse.ootay.be.
All across its network of phone stores (more than 50 in all) , Phone House sells
prepaid location cards at the price of €5 for 5 phone locations. Users can also
purchase location online at the Phone House Belgium website with their credit card.
OOTAY service is accessible via internet as well as on WAP and iMode phones and
it works with Proximus cellular phones.
OOTAY complies with the European Directive 2002/58/EC for locating persons as well
as the Belgian « Commission for Privacy Protection » regulations.
